Position Overview:
Lead audit engagements for a respected accounting firm, mentor junior staff, and support clients across various industries, including optional specialization in governmental and not-for-profit audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review audit engagements from planning to completion
Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors
Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and deadlines
Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
CPA certification required
2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm; prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
Experience in governmental/not-for-profit auditing is a plus
